The service is to issue Semi-Precious Stone Dealer’s Licence which allows citizens, non-citizens or businesses to purchase and sell semi-precious stones for the purposes of trade.

Who is eligible?

Citizens and non-citizens.

How do I get this service?
  • Download, complete the Semi-Precious Stones Dealer’s License Form and submit with supporting documents to the nearest office.
  • Compile and submit a business report on where the stones will be sourced and how the value will be added e.g. cutting, polishing.
What supporting documents are required?
  • In the case of companies: certified copy of valid identities of shareholders and Certificate of incorporation.
  • In the case of individuals: certified copy of valid  National identity card (Omang) or Copy of Passport for non-citizens .
  • Business report.
How long will this service take?

Thirty (30) days.
