Legislation can be searched using multiple criteria and downloaded in PDF format. Hard copies of current legislation can be purchased from the government bookstore.
Published judgments from the courts of Botswana, or Law Reports (up to 2012) can also be searched and downloaded in PDF format on the Botswana E-Laws website www.elaws.gov.bw . The recent Law Reports which include judgments of the High Court, Industrial Court and Court of Appeal can be accessed on the Administration of Justice (AOJ) website www.justice.gov.bw.
