This service is intended for individuals experiencing pest infestation problems in their area of residence or work. These individuals should seek assistance from their local authority (i.e. Council).
Who is eligible?
Any individual (citizens and non-citizens) experiencing pest control challenges.
How do I get this service?
- Complete and submit the Pest Attendance Form to the nearest local authorities office
- Facilitate the visit of the pest controllers to execute the spraying of the premises.
What supporting documents are required?
No supporting documents required.
How long will this service take?
- Two (2) working days in urban areas and
- Seven (7) working days in rural areas.
