Overview
The department of Museum offers an identification service of small animals and plant species, rocks and minerals to the public. Members of the public bring samples for identification. The service also assists in knowing and taking stock of what the country has. Problem pests and weeds are also identified through this service.

- Bring a sample of the item to be identified
- The customer is notified of the results by telephone, post, e-mail or they may come in person
