CTO's Strategic Plan for the six years starting from 1 April 2003 consists of five Key Result Areas needed to satisfy our customers and stakeholders. The Goals that have been developed under each Key Result Area and the Strategic Objectives associated with each Goal should enable CTO to achieve the desired results at the end of NDP 9. The plan provides strategies to guide the department towards achieving its Vision, Mission, and Values.
Central Transport Organisation is entrusted with the responsibility to provide quality transport services and we believe that the Strategic Plan will provide the needed direction as we strive to meet our mandate to the expectations of our customers and other stakeholders. Key Performance Indicators provide the means through Management can measure how well it is doing in achieving its goals and objectives in providing efficient, effective and sustainable transport services to Government Ministries and Departments
