A client who requires the service for sewer connection goes to the nearest SHAA extension offices or council revenue office and pays for the service. After payment the client fills out a connection form and they go to the sewerage office for site inspection and approval. Then client books inspection during laying of pipes and manhole construction and after connecting to the main council sewer (final inspection).

     HOW DO I OBTAIN THE SERVICE

Customer must present themselves in person or send someone who has knowledge of plot number and location.

  HOW DO I APPLY FOR SERVICE

Applicant must collect and fill the application form at nearest SHAA office just after payment and attach the payment receipt to the form and leave the form with the officer in charge. The messenger will collect the forms and take them to sewage offices.

  COST INVOLVED

Clients must pay a connection fee of P60.00 for residential plot, P500.00 for civic and light industrial, P1000.00 for heavy manufacturing.
