- Submit verification of employment
- Advice slip/6 months Bank statement
- Certified copy of ID/Omang
- Certified copy of Land right
- Two (2) passport size photos
COST INVOLVED IN OBTAINING THE SERVICE
- P10.00 for application fee
- P50.00 for SHHA Standard Plans
ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICE
- Must be a citizen of Botswana
- Formally employed or legitimately self employed
- Income of P4 400.00—P36 400.00 per annum ( only applicable per individual)
- Have Common law lease or Certificate of Customary Land Grant
- Age between 18 years and 60 years.
