Service Description
The service entails the loaning out of school property for community use, the payment required for cost sharing purpose and the procedure for borrowing and payment.
These school property include classrooms, chairs and pots.
How do I obtain the service?
Authorization for utilization of facilities to be obtained from the school where the service is required either through:
Upon recieving the Hiring of School Facilities Form and Authorization Letter, make payment at the Council Revenue and return them together with a copy of the payment reciept to the Education Department..
