•  An orphaned child is one who is 18 years and below, has lost either parent (child of sing parents
•  or both parents(child of married parents), either biological or adoptive.

One has to be an orphaned child

Through self, community or institutional referrals

 HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE SERVICE

 No application by the potential recipient
