An Act to re-enact with amendments the law relating to trade unions to make better provision therefore and for federations of trade unions and employers' organizations and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto. Inter alia, Part III: Registration of trade unions, Federations of trade unions and Employers' organizations; Part V, s. 20: Membership of trade unions by children and young persons; Part X: Amalgamations and Federations of registered trade unions; Part XI: Recognition of registered trade unions as negotiating bodies; Part XIII: Picketing, intimidation, disputes, etc.

An Act to regulate the employment and other engagement in occupations for reward or profit of certain persons who are not citizens of Botswana and to provide for matters incidental thereto. Repeals the Employment of Visitors Act (Cap. 47:02).

An Act to make provision for the regulation of the conditions of employment in factories and other places as regards the safety, health and welfare of persons employed therein and for the safety and inspection of certain plant and machinery and for purposes incidental to or connected with the matters aforesaid.

Provides for employment accident benefit.
