This service is confined to self actors who are claiming debts/claims not exceeding P10 000.00

HOW DO I OBTAIN SERVICE

Approach any Court (Gaborone, Francistown) where service is being offered.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE SERVICE

Write letter of demand and wait for 14 days for the other party to respond. If no payment is made after 14 days, approach the court for issuance of a summons.
