Improvement
Of Linkages One of the central objectives of the programme is to improve the linkages between NCSA and other government institutions and stakeholders in general; and between local and central government. The structure of NCSA and it’s links to other ministries has however already been studied in several O&M exercises and a number of recommendations have been given. EPP will concentrate on improved co-ordination of environmental projects and on development of a better link between NCSA and the local authorities. Activities in these areas will only start in September 2001, after the end of the EPP project.
