The 2nd Meeting of the 4th Session of the 10th Parliament commenced on Monday 4th February 2013, at 1430hrs at Parliament Buildings.

The meeting started with the presentation of the Appropriation (2013/2014) Bill by the Minister of Finance and Development Planning, Honourable Ontefetse K. Matambo.  It is estimated that the meeeting will last for 8 weeks.
