NORTH WEST DISTRICT COUNCIL

INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF BUS RANK PUBLIC TOILETS.

NWDC invites interested registered companies or unemployed individuals within North West District for Expression of Interest in operation and maintenance of public toilets at the new bus rank. 

The following conditions will apply:
- Only local unemployed citizens and/or citizen owned companies can bid
- Preference will be given to unemployed individuals and youth.
- The contract will be for a period of 2 years

Basic requirements
Interested individuals or companies should submit the following:
-Certified copy of Omang
- Individual credentials 
-Certified copy of Certificate of incorporation for companies
-Certified copies of Valid Tax clearance/ Exemption certificate

Document on specific requirements may be collected during working hours between 07:30-1245 & 1345-1630 hours on Mondays to Fridays with effect from 05th March 2012 to the 19th March 2012 at Maun Admin Authority, office no. 19 or Fire Station.

Written expression of interest should be submitted in sealed envelopes at; Rural Administration Centre, Green Block, Ground Floor, Office no 017 clearly marked “OPERATION AND MAITENANCE OF PUBLIC TOILETS” and addressed to: Senior Assistant Council Secretary, Maun Administrative Authority, Private Bag 11, Maun, not later than 0900 hours on the 13th April 2012.

Submissions made after this time will not be accepted.
