Notice is hereby given that the undersigned intendsapplying for a certified copy of TRIBAL LEASE NO. 487/2001 dated 18 September 2001 made in favour of Zacharia Nthaga in respect of the under mentioned property, namely:

CERTAIN: Piece of land being Lot 2927

SITUATE:  Tsope, Mochudi

MEASURING: 792 square metres

All persons having objection to the issue of such copies are hereby requested to lodge same in writing with the REGISTRAR OF DEEDS, Private Bag 0020, Gaborone within (3) three weeks of the last publication of this notice.
