BID INVITATION NOTICE
1.The Serowe Administrative Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who are Tyre Dealers or Distributors for the supply and delivery/provision of Tyres and Tubes.
2.Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the competitive bidding a procedure contained in the Local Authorities Procurement and Assets Disposal Regulations of 2009 and is open to all eligible bidders.
3.Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Serowe Administrative Authority, Serowe, Central Transport Unit, Chief Technical Officer (A) office (Tel 4600758) during the office working hours from 0730 Hrs – 16300Hrs. Interest bidders may collect quotation document from Central Transport Unit - Serowe Administrative Authority – Workshop Office No. 01 during working hours.
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before (0900Hrs on the 15th August 2011).
5. Quotations must be addressed to the Senior Assistant Council secretary with a quotation number CDC/SAA/CTU/T01/2011, delivered and registered at office of the Evaluation & Adjudication Secretary at Serowe Administrative Authority, Old Sekgoma Memorial Hospital, office No.27, on the 15th August 2011. Quotations not so marked will be disqualified during opening stage.
6.Late Quotations shall be rejected. Quotations will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at old, Lady Khama Community Hall Serowe. Immediately after closing, there will be an opening at 0930hrs on the same date of the closing).
7.Name and full address of the Bidder should be clearly marked at the back of the envelop. Bids not so marked will be disqualified.
