One of the messages being circulated read as follows: Hello! Your number has won GBE950, 000-00 on UK 2018 world cup bid FIFA promotions. Contact: Frank David on Fifa mobile promotions@ukhouse.com quote ref PCIN 2018 UK. Sender +27798882897.
