The Ministry has adopted the Call Center strategy to facilitate standardized communication and information management across the Ministry and Local Authorities service points. Call Centers are a one stop customer facility where the Ministry’s customers may call to enquire, register complaints, critique and advise the Ministry on service delivery. The feedback from this facility is essential for improving service delivery.

The Ministry’s Call Centers are fitted with a Toll Free number which operates from 0730 to 1245 hrs and 1345 to 1630 hrs during weekdays. However, these Toll Free numbers are accessible to Botswana Telecommunications Corporation landline and Be Mobile subscribers only. Efforts are underway to make them accessible to the other two service providers, Mascom and Orange cellular networks.
