Botswana's Amantle Montsho remained on course to regain her 400 metres world title as she progressed into Monday’s (August 12) final at the ongoing IAAF World Championships in Russia.
The 30-year-old world record holder was in complete control of the race and looked set to continue monopolising the 400m race as she registered 49.57 seconds today (August 11).
The 400m women's final will take place at 1915hrs (August 12).
