15TH AND 16TH PERIODIC REPORT TO THE UNITED NATIONS COMMITEE ON THE ELIMINATION OF RACIAL DISCRIMINATION
In August 2002, partly in response to the CERD Committee’s concerns regarding the quality of its last periodic report, the Government of Botswana established an Inter Ministerial Committee on Treaties, Conventions and Protocols. The Committee was established for the purposes of ensuring that the country abides by, implements and reports on its international obligations.
