Applications are invited from suitably qualified Botswana citizens for the following positions in the Department of National AIDS Coordinating Agency (NACA). The overall purpose of the NACA is to develop and support partnerships, harmonize, coordinate and facilitate implementation of the national response to HIV and AIDS at all levels. This includes formulation and facilitation of national strategies, policies and laws that pertain to HIV and AIDS. NACA is yet to conduct the fourth Botswana AIDS Impact Survey 2012 and is seeking to recruit field personnel in the following positions:

ENUMERATORS (99 positions)
Age: 18-40 years
Qualification: Certificate in Social Sciences, Information Technology or any Health related course
Salary Scale: B3 (P33, 696-P40, 293 per annum)
Duration of employment: 3 months

Main Purpose of the Job: To administer survey questionnaires and collect blood samples.

FIELD SUPERVISORS (33 positions)
Age: 18-45 years
Qualification: Diploma in General Nursing
Salary Scale: C4 (P60, 324-P72, 060 per annum)
Duration of employment: 3 months

Main Purpose of the Job: To collect blood samples from infants (age: 6 weeks -18 months) and provide overall supervision of Enumerators.
