Missing Seepapitso teacher found dead

A body suspected to be of Mr Shadreck Makopye (37) of Ntshinoge Ward in Mochudi was found hanging from a tree at the Mankwetlulani cattle posts, about four kilometres east of Malotwana village and at least 35 kilometres from Mochudi yesterday (21/07/10).

 The badly decomposed human remains suspected to be that of Mr Makopye, a Seepapitso Senior Secondary School teacher who went missing in Mochudi was found by a passerby after weeks of intensive search by the police, village leaders and the community.

He was reported missing on the 28th of May 2010 and has not been seen since then. A wallet containing an Omang Card bearing the names of Shadreck Makopye was found at the scene.

His remains will be released to the relatives for burial after police forensic pathologists have examined it and determined the possible cause of death.
