 Information dissemination is carried out through the following processes:

 a. Kgotla meetings

 b. Institutions and School Visits

 c. Stakeholder Workshops

 d. Radio & Television Programmes

 e. Print Publications (Pamphlets, Posters, Brochures etc)

 f. Exhibitions in fairs (Botswana Consumer Fair, UB Legal Week etc)

3. How Do I apply for the Service?

 Extend a formal invitation and/or accept the Ombudsman requests.

4. Costs Involved In Obtaing Service

Public Education is provided for free.
