 Sensitisation of stakeholders on the mandate of the office and the need to uphold best adminitrative practices.

2. How Do I Obtain Service?

 Stakeholder organisations are free to invite the Ombudsman to come and make presentations and in some instances the Office of the Ombudsman makes arrangements with stakeholders to conduct the seminars.

3. How Do I apply for the Service?

 Extend a formal invitation and/or accept the request to attend seminars.
