To carry out periodic inspections and assessments of public and private facilities and recommend remedial action in order to improve services and efficiency.

1. Prepares inspection and evaluation reports and reviews draft reports2. Develops and reviews inspection mechanisms for identification of conformity by health facilities3. Maintains a database of Health facilities and other relevant premises4. Updates the Inspectorate Quality Management System periodically5. Collects and compiles data for research database6. Reviews staffing norms and performance audits of health care facilities7. Leads in the inspections of healthcare facilities, equipment and procedures8. Provides professional advice to healthcare facilities regarding standards and recommended practices.
QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in any Health related field.
