CHIEF COMMUNICATION AND INVESTOR RELATIONS X 1 POST (3 YEAR CONTRACT)
Key focus areas: Facilitate the implementation of the Communication Plan
Liase with farmers, investors and other stakeholders
Drive change management, ensuring acceptance of the Hub with relevant stakeholders
Position level: D1 (P207, 108.00 – P228, 648.00) per annum.
Qualifications: Degree in Communication, Marketing, Strategy and/or Public Relations a Masters Degree in the relevant field will be an advantage.
Knowledge and Skills: - Good writing and verbal skills
- Understanding of communication and change management
- Ability to influence
- Conflict management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic financial and investment knowledge
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector
Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years post qualification experience of which two (2) years must have been at senior management level (D2).
· Communication and change management experience desirable
· Public relations experience preferable
· Exposure to the agricultural sector
Leave: 30 working days per annum.
Contract Benefits: 25% of the total gross emoluments earned during the contract of employment.
Job Output: Further development and implementation of a communication strategy
Development and implementation of change management plan
Identification and conversion of potential investors to invest in the
agricultural sector
