There is no application needed. Visit the nearest DABP office with all the required documents.

The service is offered for free.

What are the requirements for obtaining the service?

The requirements depend on whether the customer wants to use the goods for commercial or personal consumption.  

Requirements for Commercial purpose;

·         Proof of National Identity (Omang) for citizens.

·         Proof of valid Passport and Residence Permit for non-citizens.

·         Copy of a valid Trading or Hawkers Licence.

·         Copy of a valid Certificate of Incorporation.

·         A valid Phyto-sanitary certificate (obtained from Plant Protection Division)

Requirements for Personal Consumption;

·         Proof of National Identity (Omang) for citizens.

·         Proof of valid Passport and Residence Permit for non-citizens.

·         A valid Phyto-sanitary certificate (obtained from Plant Protection Division).
