6.  Which medicines and drugs are sold by the LACs?

There are a select items sold in LAC that the Ministry identified as important for the health and productivity of the national herds. These are products that the Ministry does not provide for in other campaigns.  These include antibiotics, dips, dewormers, supplements and vaccines. Vaccines normally require to be kept and transported between 2-8 degrees celcius preotected from direct sunlight. This requires farmers to bring cooler boxes with ice packs to purchase vaccines. The LACs will not dispense out vaccines that require to be kept cool to the purchaser unless they have a cool box with ice packs enough to keep the vaccines during transportation from the premises.  LACs do not sell ice packs and or cooler boxes.
