Piggery Section provides technical advice to the farming community on pig production, and management.

Service description

·         Selling breeding stock to pig producers;

·         Training of farmers to equip them with the required skills on management of pigs; and

·         Provide technical advice on pig producers.

How do I get the service?

Contact the district Piggery Officer in your area.

How much does it cost?

Breeding gilts and boars are sold at P900.00 each. Weaners are weighed and sold at P15.00 per kg.

Training is free.
