Botswana National Archives and Records Services Educational Tour Booking Form

1. Service Description

BNARS provides an educational tour service to all schools (primary, secondary and tertiary) as well as other public or private institutions. The Department can accommodate 25 participants at a time otherwise the group will be divided into groups if the number exceeds the threshold. We encourage that bookings should be made at least 2 days prior to the visit. You are required to include the number of the entourage and the proposed date(s) and time of the tour.

3. How do I apply for the service?

Complete the (BNARS Educational or Institutional Tour Booking Form) and send it to BNARS HQ by email (archives@gov.bw), Fax (0267)3908545 or call 3911820 to make a booking.

 4. Cost of Service

The service is offered free of charge.
