Please note that this type of permit can only be issued to operators who have been approved by the Department of Tourism and awarded with a TOURIST LICENSE. Requirements;

Copy of the registration book (if available) otherwise prove of financial ability

Copy of a valid roadworthiness certificate

Certified copy of ID of  applicant

Copy of a valid tourism license

Pay required fee(P100.00 application fee)

If company copy of certificate of incorporation & shareholder’s certificates
