Bidders are informed of their rights to seek debriefing on the outcome of their individual tenders/bids with respective Procuring Entities i.e. Ministries and Departments floating a tender. This is in order to enable unsuccessful bidders to improve on their future tenders. A debriefing policy is in place to enable contractors to obtain such information without going to PPADB. Contractors can only get debriefed on their own bids and not on their competitors’ bids.
NB: Information provided in the Weekly Tender Bulletin concerning Adjudication
Decisions of the Board, is given for information purposes only.
Successful Bidders should note that they should not proceed with contract implementation/mobilization until they have received written confirmation of Contract Award from the Procuring Entities.
