Hon Frank J. Ramsden appreciates progress and challenges faced by the contractors when touring projects in Francistown .
The Minister of Transport and Communications Hon Frank J. Ramsden toured Ministry projects in Francistown last week March 25, 2011 to appreciate progress and challenges faced by the contractors. The Ministry is overwhelmed by project cost overruns and consequently has come up with strategies to address this issues. Project delivery is one of the areas that considerably contributes to the ministry’s poor performance. The Minister also toured the Francistown-Ramokgwebana Road and Airport among others.
