1. Service description 

After being given a business name, the applicant will apply for registration of business name by filling in an RBN/2 form. The turnaround time is 5 working days after which the Registrar will issue certificate of registration for the business name.

2. How do I obtain the service?

 Visit one of the offices in Gaborone or Francistown

3. How do I apply for the service?

The customer completes RBN/2 which is available at the Office of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property either in one of the offices.

4. How much does the service cost?

Upon completion of the RBN/2, the applicant pays P150.00 for the service.
