Notice of cessation of business name

1.Service description

Notice is given that the business registered under the Registration of Business Name Act and carried on under the business name in use has ceased to operate. The Registrar will enter into the register remarks to indicate that the business has ceased to operate.

2. How do I obtain the service

 Visit one of the offices in Gaborone or Francistown

3. How do I apply for the service?

 The customer completes RBN/5 which is available at the Office of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property either in one of the offices.

 4. How much does the service cost?

 Upon completion of the RBN/5, the applicant pays P50.00 for the service.
