Complete borehole information as per the borehole completion certificate requirement
• Owner detail
• Borehole location and coordinates
• Drilling and casing installation information
• Lithological information and drilling soil/rock chip samples
• Water strike and yield information
• Signing of the chip samples submission form
• Land rights certificate from land board
• Customer submits chip samples and GS 184 form filled by the driller
• Register information from GS 184 form into the register book
• Allocate the customer a borehole number and fill it into the borehole certificate
