Visit Department of mines office in Gaborone or Francistown
3. How do I apply for service?
- Application form filled with required details (form to be obtained from the Department of Mines)
- In the case of an applicant sub-contracted by another company, the applicant should submit a letter obtained from the parent company indicating the type of project work awarded to them, and that they intended to engage that sub contractor for blasting
- List of the blasting licence holders and assistants with their ID numbers
