In its endeavor to improve service delivery Department of Corporate Service found it fit to send ten officers to Botswana Public Service College from the 14-15 October 2015 for training on customer service. Quality service delivery is taken as a critical area in public service as a whole therefore the Ministry has a responsibility to ensure that all employees’ skills are developed to be able to meet the customer needs and make a difference in the lives of Batswana. For that reason, the Ministry has set a target to develop 30 employees every financial year across all levels and for this financial year, the other 20 employees are scheduled for training in January 2016.
