It is where by an individual and/or group/team /recognized institution / organization request the use of the kgotla structure to hold a kgotla meeting. It can be to consult the community on a particular project (such as Environmental Impact Assessments), educate the community on any new programs, policy changes, referendum etc.

1.      HOW DO I OBTAIN SERVICE

Customer/Company/Organization must present themselves before the Kgosi to consult with him in order to solicit his support and agree on a suitable date of the kgotla meeting. This is very crucial as the Kgosi is the ceremonial head of the area and as such the only person who can welcome guests in his kgotla. Once a consensus is reached between Applicant/Client and Kgosi, a formal requisition is submitted to the administration clerks, and a response will be sent to the client followed by all the necessary arrangements for the day.

2.      HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE SERVICE

ü  A request letter stating the subject matter

ü  Date  and time intended for the meeting

ü  Full particulars /profile of the person/company/ organization

3.      COST INVOLVED IN OBTAINING THE SERVICE
