1. HOW DO I OBTAIN SERVICE
Customer must present themselves in person with his/her national identity card (ID), a written letter from kgosana (ward headman) serving as testimony/evidence, three relatives (uncle’s aunt, grand father or mother /siblings) in possession of their ID’s. Having these in place the Kgosi will conduct an interview to understand the issue at hand and thereafter issue a letter to afford the District commissioner to execute the final legal authority required by the customer. There is no how you could get the final product from the District commissioner /Judicial Officer without obtaining a certification letter from the customary court.
2. HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE SERVICE
Obtain a letter from kgosana
Provide your valid Omang
Bring three 3 witnesses closely related to you and the subject (with valid Omang)
Any document related to the subject matter such as, bank statement ,death notification ,title deed, a letter from the principal customer if you are a proxy accompanied by certified copies of ID, etc.
