Immigration Act of 2010 Commences
On October 14th, 2011, the Ministry of Labour and Home Affairs commenced the Immigration Act of 2010. The new act which has merged the Work and residence permit will now be implemented by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship. The purpose of the merging of these two processes was to ease the application process with the intention to also reduce turn around time.
Below are the new fees that will now be charged for services offered under the new Immigration Act.
