The Ministry adopted the call centre strategy to facilitate standardised communication and information management across the Ministry service points as well as get customer feedback on our service delivery for continuous improvement.

The Call Centre is a one stop customer service facility where all Ministry Customers call in “free” to enquire, give compliments and or register concerns. It opens during week days from 07:00 – 18:00 including lunch hour.
