BANKS IN BOTSWANA
The Commercial banks in Botswana are small by international standards. However, they are competitive and rapidly growing. Currently, there are seven commercial banks, namely, Barclay Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Stanbic Bank, First National Bank, Bank Gaborone, Bank of Baroda and Capital Bank.

In addition there are three statutory banks, namely National Development Bank, Botswana Savings Bank and Botswana Building Society.
