· On submission, the application form must be accompanied by
a) Location and address of site, map reference (X and Y co-ordinates) and approximate area (attach map and specify how boundaries can be physically identified):
· A license is issued 15 working days after the facility has passed inspection
· For license renewals, the licensing process does not change.
