How do I obtain the Service
-One might have to get in touch with Ministry of Education and Skills Development such as Education Officers and Local Authorities and all those who in one capacity or another might have to deal with applications for registration of a school.
How do I apply to register an institution
Requirements
Before submission of application form for registration, the applicant
should consult with Local Education Authorities
Before the applicant fills the application forms the Local Authority will
be required to discuss the proposal with him / her to determine
The need for such a school in the area; (to be assessed in terms of
population density, distance to other schools). Private schools will be
assessed in terms of population density.
The availability of land; provide proof of ownership. e.g. Certified
copies land certificate, title deed and/or lease agreement (Not less
than 4.5 hectares for primary, 9 hectares for junior secondary, 12 hectares for senior secondary).

Costs will be provided by individual authorities as applicable.
