A once off payment to receive judgements on a monthly basis for twelve months.

How to request for the service

Interested parties could do either of the following;

1. Make a request in writing to the Registrar, Industrial Court, Private Bag BR 267 to be included in the mailing list.
2. Make a request in person at the Industrial Court, Central Business District, Gaborone, adjoining SADC House.
3. Make a request by telephone, 3900565 Ext. 314.
4. Make a request by e-mail to Senior Executive Secretary (Judge President)

Availability of service online

• Currently this service is not offered on line. 

Cost of the service

•  Parties interested in receiving Industrial Court judgements are required to pay a minimal amount of P350.00 to receive judgments for 12 months. 
• If one is interested in obtaining a specific judgement, the fee is P2.00 per page.

Dispatch of judgements to subscribers

• Judgements may be collected in person or sent by registered mail to subscribers.
