PRODUCTION OF COURT ROLLS
1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
A roaster of cases is produced by the Registrar of the court for a particular session. The roll is published in the Government Gazette and distributed to interested parties.
2. HOW DO I OBTAIN THE SERVICE?
The roll is distributed to interested parties and is available in the Government Gazette, the last two weeks of December and June of each year.
3. HOW DO I APPLY FOR SERVICE?
Any party not participating in the particular session and not having access to the Government Gazette will have to obtain a copy upon payment of P5 per page.
4. COST INVOLVED IN OBTAINING SERVICE
Service is free.
