ADOPTION OF CHILDREN (FAMILY RELATED CASES)
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
This service is available to all those who wish to adopt children.
HOW DO I OBTAIN SERVICE
Collect relevant forms from the Civil Registry at the Magistrates’ Court.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR SERVICE
· Fill in the forms and have then commissioned by a Commissioner of Oaths either at the Police Station or the District Commissioners’ office.
· Attach your omang/passport, birth certificate for the children and your marriage certificate if married (copies)
· Also attach proof of income e.g. pay slip.
