The Education department provides for hiring of  classrooms, kitchen and pots at low prices for various activities.

 Application to hire

All applicants must write a letter to the Council Secretary detailing name of organization, purpose of hire, period of occupation, number of people to be accommodated, number of classrooms or pots to be hired as well as date of arrival and departure at a school.

Activities running for a long period of time, eg, drama practices, gym practices and indoor sports activities.

Cost of hiring

P50 half day per classroom

Pot hire

         Per size 20                   =         P10.00

         Per size 25                   =         P15.00

         Per size 30                   =        P20.00

How to make payments

You are requested to pay earlier before the occupation date by cash at the Revenue office at Sowa Council Offices; and the receipt forwarded to office No 8 first floor Sowa Council offices.
