The Human Resources Management is responsible for the management and provision of human resource support services to the Council in conformity with the laid down legislation, policies, rules and regulations governing the human resource business of the Council.

It deals with the broad human resource functions of employee resourcing, employee training and development, employee relations and human resource administration. It also deals with deployment and proper staff utilisation.
